Google Accuses 10 Indian Companies of App Store Fee Non-Payment, Threatens Action

Google accused 10 Indian companies of not paying its Play charges for in-app digital goods. Despite not naming the firms or apps, Google claims they received substantial value without paying fees. The Supreme Court of India declined to intervene. Google will remove non-compliant apps and offers billing alternatives. Only 3% of Indian developers pay fees, mostly 15% or less.
