Voting in Goa for two Lok Sabha seats schedule on May 7

The Election Commission of India announced that voting for two Lok Sabha seats in Goa will be held on May 7 during the third phase. Goa aims to increase voter turnout, particularly among young voters. The state has 11.72 lakh registered voters, with BJP’s Shripad Naik and Congress’ Francisco Sardinha currently representing the seats. By-polls for five out of six vacant assembly seats in Gujarat are also scheduled for May 7.
